Director, Sales Operations - Int'l Lifestyle Publishing

This company is a highly respected and well-established multinational integrated publishing and technology group with a diverse portfolio of local, regional and international titles spanning a wide range of genres. An opening exists for a senior and experienced sales operations and client management professional to join the organisation in Singapore.

Reporting into the CEO you will primarily be responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations and the sales operations team across the region, continuously improving the sales operations process effectiveness and efficiency by developing and implementing sales policies, procedures and key performance metrics and introducing new tools.  You will also be responsible for maximising integrated revenues from regional marketing budgets, maintaining relationships with key regional clients, understanding their pain points and achieving their campaign objectives and ROI.  Creating a knowledge hub to share best practices and providing market, competitor and brand insights to local management and commercial teams will form a major part of your role as will actively participating in and contributing to decision-making, strategy, providing counsel to senior management and advising on product and pricing.

 - Minimum 10 years in advertising sales operations or advertising sales
 - Regional experience with a large interational media organisation
 - Commercially-driven with excellent communication and relationship building
 - Exceptional skills in data analysis, insights, planning and process management
 - Fluent command of written and spoken English; an Asian language
