Head of Account Management - Int'l Financial Information Provider

This international company is a provider of specialist financial information. An opening exists for a senior and experienced account management professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this regional role reporting into the chief revenue officer you will manage existing clients growing accounts by selling renewals of their subscription-based product into buyside firms, investment banks and law firms while cross-selling and up-selling additional products.  You will manage all aspects of the renewal cycle and key client interactions with a focus on expansion opportunities and will collaborate with customer success to deliver excellent client service and customer experience.  Coordinating with the product team to identify opportunities for product and platform enhancements will also form a major part of your role as will tracking and analysing KPIs and product usage on accounts to determine appropriate relationship management strategies.

Requirements
 - Degree in business, marketing or a related subject
 - In-depth knowledge of the investment industry
 - Skilled in the art of account and client relationship management, cross-selling and upselling
 - Extensive network of senior relationships and contacts within the buyside community
 - Excellent command or written and spoken English; an Asian language is a plus
