Regional Sales Director, SE Asia - Int'l Loyalty Marketing

This international company is a leading provider of loyalty marketing solutions to the retail industry.  A newly-created opening exists for an experienced and highly driven senior sales executive to join the organisation in Hong Kong and build a team of regional sales professionals.

In this role you will develop, implement and manage the sales and business strategy for SE Asia, identify client opportunities and develop prospective clients through each stage of the sales process taking a consultative, solutions-oriented and data-driven approach to achieve successful sales outcomes.  You will achieve annual sales targets and generate new sales revenue from new clients by building and managing strategic business relationship with current and potential clients.  Building and managing a team of highly motivated sales professionals and working closely with senior management and functional heads will form a major part of your role.

 - Minimum 12 years in regional sales developing and implementing sales strategies
 - Experience leading and managing a team and developing new clients in SE Asia
 - Ability to operate at the senior executive level and possessing a natural confidence and presence
 - In-depth knowledge and understanding of the retail industry; familiarity with loyalty an advantage
 - Confident and capable with numbers and data with analytical skills and mind-set
