Senior Sales Director, Greater China - Int'l Payment Solutions

This pre-IPO international financial technology company is a leader in its field of diversified payment services and has an expanding presence and growing business in Greater China and Asia Pacific. An opening exists for a senior and experienced sales management professional to join the organisation in Shenzhen in this China market-focused opportunity.

In this role you will lead and manage a large sales team, identify key business opportunities, develop, implement and manage a successful sales strategy and go-to-market plan to penetrate new markets, and understand market trends and develop strategic initiatives that increase market share. You will work strategically with multifunctional internal plus external stakeholders and will lead and enable the sales team to acquire customers.

 - Degree qualified; an MBA preferred
 - Minimum 12 years in technology sales with international organisations
 - Inspirational sales leader adept at leading, managing, mentoring and coaching sales teams
 - Strong commitment to a data-driven environment with emphasis on performance management.
 - In-depth knowledge and understanding of China market ecommerce and/or payment industries
