AVP, Customer Value Management - Int'l Online Financial Services

This company provides online investing platforms for retail, professional and institutional investors.  An opening exists for a senior and experienced senior customer value management professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this regional and international role you will work define customer conversion, retention and reactivation strategy to drive customer engagement and increase lifetime value, developing and manage customer value strategies and working closely with the customer value management global team to develop and implement campaigns, and develop and implement client communications and promotional activities that increase customer engagement across different touchpoints ensuring all activities are tested and optimised against targets.

Requirements
 - Extensive experience in CRM, customer value / customer lifecycle management
 - Proven track record delivering CRM campaigns, customer journeys and experiences
 - In-depth understanding of marketing automation tools
 - Knowledge and experience of the Greater China market
 - Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
