CRM Manager - Int'l Online Financial Services

This listed US multinational provides online financial products and services to retail customers around the world and across the region.  An opening exists for an experienced customer marketing and value/lifecycle management professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong in this Greater China market focused role.

In this role you will work with the Greater China marketing team to define customer conversion, retention and reactivation strategy to drive customer engagement and increase lifetime value.  You will develop and manage customer value strategy and will work closely with the customer value management global team to develop and implement campaigns, and develop and implement client communications and promotional activities that increase customer engagement across different touchpoints and will ensure all activities are tested and optimised against targets.  Furthermore, you will develop loyalty and rewards programs to retain high value segments, maintain an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment and requirements, and conduct and produce regular competitor reports.

 - Minimum of 8 years in CRM or CVM in ecommerce or retail financial services
 - Proven track record delivering CRM campaigns and customer journeys
 - In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing automation tools (ExactTarget, Salesforce etc)
 - Greater China market experience
 - Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
