Digital Marketing Director - Int'l Omnichannel Brand & Retailer

This multinational company is a leading brand and omnichannel retailer.  An opening exists for a senior and experienced market research and consumer insights-driven digital marketing and ecommerce professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this Asia Pacific role you will devise and implement market research and consumer insights-driven digital marketing and ecommerce strategy for the region and will deliver growth and expansion across integrated digital and ecommerce channels.  You will develop the digital marketing and ecommerce road map and implement brand-enhancing and compelling end-to-end customer experience along with an outstanding data-driven and consumer-centric digital marketing and ecommerce team.  You will foster collaboration with regional marketing, DTC and omnichannel and international ecommerce teams and will define clear KPIs and metrics that reflect both the strategic goals and tactical initiatives.

 - Degree in digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing or business
 - Skilled in all digital marketing disciplines across all digital and ecommerce channels
 - Experience engaging existing and new customers' offline and online and increasing lifetime value
 - Expertise in the use of market research and consumer insights to strategy and decision-marking
 - Ability to understand overall business objectives and align the digital objectives with overall brand strategy
