Manager, Customer Experience - Int'l Online Financial Services

This international company is a provider of online financial services for retail, professional and institutional investors and has an expanding portfolio of successful brands across different markets in Asia and around the world.  An opening exists for an experienced customer experience professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this role you will lead the development and execution of the customer experience strategy to best reflect the company's and brands' value propositions and to maximise revenues in each strategic market regional and internationally.  You will take the lead monitoring and optimizing customer experience throughout the entire life cycle and across all the key touch points and will work closely with relevant stakeholders to drive commercial campaigns and ensure strong ROI through various KPI and performance metrics.  Working closely with key stakeholders and analytics to derive quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business results from both traditional and social user journeys will also form a major part of your role as will conducting surveys, providing insights and implementing improvement actions.

 - Minimum of 5+ years in customer experience
 - Skilled in the design of customer journeys
 - Background in financial services preferred
 - Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects
