Senior BD Manager - Large Publishing Group

This leading international digital-first financial services group operates a portfolio of online investing brands and platforms for retail, professional and institutional investors.  A unique opportunity exists for a senior business development professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this China-market-focused role, you will spearhead the implementation of the group's business and corporate development strategy for China. Primarily, short-to-mid-term objectives will be to identify mainland-based security and brokerage firms as potential joint-venture business partners, and, secondarily, oversee the group's direct investments, building and maintaining strong relations with PRC legislative and executive policy makers, securities companies and other industry participants, planning and overseeing workshops and symposiums, and monitoring the PRC regulatory landscape for challenges and opportunities.

Requirements
- Extensive sales or business development experience in the PRC
- Background in the securities and trading industry
- In-depth knowledge of the PRC securities and investment industry
- Broad network of contacts within PRC regulators and industry participants
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
