Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Int'l Online Financial Services

This international company is a provider of online financial services for retail, professional and institutional investors and has an expanding portfolio of successful brands across different markets in Asia and around the world.  An opening exists for an experienced customer lifecycle marketing professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this China-market-focused regional role you will work closely with global CRM and develop, implement and manage customer value strategy and campaigns targeting new and existing customers through traditional and digital marketing channels and platforms.  You will develop and implement client communications and promotional activities to increase client engagement across all touch-points, test and optimise against targets, and work with CRM and client-facing teams to optimise loyalty and rewards programs.  Developing communications campaigns with CRM and China marketing, having a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, conducting regular competitor reporting and analysis, managing budgets and targets and being accountable for KPI's will also form a major part of your role.

 - Minimum 8 years in customer value management or customer lifecycle marketing
 - In-depth understanding of the China market
 - Experience in traditional and digital marketing channels and platforms
 - Background in financial or non-financial services
 - Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
