Senior Sales Manager - Large Publishing Group

This company is a regional market-leading integrated publishing group.  An opening exists for an experienced leadership and sales professional to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this role you will lead and manage a team and the revenues for the education-sector-focused business division of the organisation.  You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans targeting the education sector including preschool, primary, secondary, students and parents and will manage the sales process from beginning to end whilst building long-term customer relationships.  Identifying and pursuing partnerships with educational institutions, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders will also form a major part of your role as will working closely with marketing to align sales efforts to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels.  

 - Experience leading and managing teams and a proven track record of success
 - Strong understanding of the education sector and student market
 - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
 - Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
 - Written and spoken English and Cantonese
