Head of Brand - Large Regional Consumer & Business-Focused Organisation

This company is an established and highly respected regional consumer and business-focused organisation.  An opening exists for a senior and experienced brand marketing professional to join the leadership team in Hong Kong.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role involves crafting and executing marketing initiatives to elevate the brand, foster strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. You will lead a team to define target markets, devise strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while nurturing key stakeholder relationships.  As the head of marketing, you will lead a team of professionals in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing, strategic partnership, and events business strategies. This involves maintaining brand identity and messaging, overseeing corporate communications, and managing all aspects of event planning aligned with organizational goals. You will conduct market research, drive marketing campaigns, and cultivate relationships with external partners and industry influencers to generate strategic business opportunities. Additionally, staying abreast of industry trends, you will bring innovative ideas to continuously evolve the brand.

Requirements
 - Bachelor's degree in any discipline
 - Extensive strategic marketing and business development experience; P&L ownership preferred
 - Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth through marketing, branding, and events
 - Proficiency in brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, coupled with a keen eye for design.
 - Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and exceptional communication skills
 - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
 - Business acumen and familiarity with global, regional, and local market trends in the industry
